By accessing “ANNE Forum” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “ANNE Forum”, “https://annetalk.org”, ”ANNE Media”), you enter into a binding sovereign agreement with the ANNE community formed via ANNE Forum. These terms constitute the governing rules of this digital commonwealth. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use ANNE Forum. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

A Sovereign Digital Space
ANNE Forum is a self-governing digital community operating within the sovereign ANNE Media ecosystem. By participating, you acknowledge that this space operates under its own rules and norms. You voluntarily choose to participate here and accept that ANNE Forum is private, sovereign property and is not subject to the jurisdiction of any external governmental authority. If you require protection under any national or local laws, you must immediately cease use of ANNE Forum.

Your Account, Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may request account deletion by contacting the forum administration. Upon account deletion, your posts will remain visible under your original username, which shall become a static text label without a link to your profile. This is permanent and irreversible.

User Content
You retain full ownership of your posts. By posting, you grant ANNE Forum a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the forum and any ANNE-affiliated platforms. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you post, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to post any content that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, or that violates the norms of our community. This includes any attempt to subject this forum to external legal processes or to invoke the jurisdiction of any external court, tribunal, or regulatory body. Doing so shall result in immediate and permanent ostracization. We reserve the right to remove, edit, move, or close any topic at our sole discretion.

Moderation
ANNE Forum is moderated by community volunteers who serve as stewards of this digital space. Moderators are selected based on demonstrated commitment to the ANNE ecosystem. Their decisions are final and binding within this community. Internal appeals may be directed to the administration team, but are decided at their sole discretion.

Additional Terms and Announcements
In addition to these written terms, any announcements, guidelines, or rules posted by administrators or moderators anywhere on ANNE Forum, including but not limited to forum announcements, stickied topics, private messages, or public posts, form an integral part of these Terms of Use. By continuing to use ANNE Forum, you agree to comply with all such communications as if they were fully incorporated herein. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any such additional terms by regularly reviewing forum announcements and official communications.

Bounty Program Terms and Conditions
The ANNE Forum pilot bounty program (the “Program”) is a discretionary initiative funded by ANNE Media to reward authentic participation and meaningful contributions to our community. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Program Nature
The Program is a discretionary initiative and does not constitute a contractual obligation, employment, or partnership. ANNE Media reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or liability. Participation is a privilege, not a right.

ANNE Credits
ANNE Credits are a forum-based tracking mechanism that can be transferred between users within the ANNE Forum. Credits have no monetary value and are not a currency, security, or digital asset. They exist solely as a discretionary measure of participation within this community. The ability to request redemption of ANNE Credits to annecoins is a benefit granted at our sole discretion and benevolence, subject to the following conditions and limitations:
  • Minimum redemption amounts: 100,000 ANNE Credits for standard accounts (with exceptions for onboarding assistance, as described below). This floor exists to prevent bad-faith actors from gaming the system and to give moderators a fair opportunity to review whether credits were acquired fairly.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If you are sending more than 500 credits to another user or requesting redemption, your forum account must have 2FA enabled. This adds an extra layer of security and helps to protect your account from unauthorized access or transfers.
  • Account age requirement: For onboarded ANNE accounts, your forum account must be at least 14 days old at the time of redemption.
  • Post count requirement: For onboarded accounts, you must have made at least 20 posts on the forum. This helps ensure that credits are earned through genuine participation.
  • Post quality and pattern review: We automatically analyze your recent posting activity to detect patterns commonly associated with point farming. Your redemption may be delayed for manual review if our system detects:
    • Duplicate posts.
    • An unusually high average post length combined with multiple long posts.
    • Any single post exceeding soft upper limit of characters.
    • Bursts of long posts in succession.
    • An overall posting rate that might unusually high for your account's age and history.
    These checks are designed to identify artificial inflation of post count or length. If any of these criteria are triggered, your credits may still be transferred to the admin account, but the redemption to annecoin will be held for manual review. You will be notified, and an admin will follow up within 48 hours.
  • Onboarding exception for new accounts: If your ANNE account is not yet onboarded, you may request a one‑time redemption of between 100 and 500 credits. For such requests, the account age, post count, and post pattern checks do not apply; you only need to provide a valid ANNE Account ID (NID) and a public key.
  • Requests must include a valid ANNE Account ID (NID) or Public Key via the ANNE Credits Control Panel with “Transfer to annetalkadmin” checked. Requests lacking required information are void.
  • Redemption cooldown: After a successful redemption of ANNE Credits to annecoin, you must wait 24 hours before requesting another redemption. This helps prevent abuse and ensures fair distribution of the redemption benefit.
  • Redemption is subject to network functionality and technical limitations. We make no guarantee of annecoin value, liquidity, or that redemption will be available at any given time.
  • The current redemption rate is 1:1 and may be adjusted at any time with notice to the community when practicable in consideration of market and budget conditions.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the redemption benefit at any time without notice or liability. However, we will endeavor to provide notice to the community when circumstances permit and, where credits have been legitimately earned, permit redemptions for amounts due before any such change takes effect.
  • If we suspect fraud, abuse, Terms violation, or have concerns about the source of credits, the nature of contributions, or the requesting user's conduct, we may delay redemption pending review, refuse redemption, or in cases of clear violation, impose penalties including forfeiture of credits. In such cases, we will endeavor to notify the user and, where credits were legitimately earned prior to any violation, pay out amounts due before imposing penalties. However, credits accumulated through prohibited activities are void and non-redeemable.

Bounty Structure
Bounties are awarded based on criteria described in the Program announcement, as determined by moderators and administrators in their sole discretion. All awards are final and non-appealable. Specific terms:
  • Join & Introduce Yourself: One-time award for single qualifying post.
  • General Contribution: Automated credits subject to manual review and reversal if content is deemed spam, low-quality, or violates norms. Any chance of bonus a configurable discretion or algorithmic probability, not an entitlement.
  • Quality/Exceptional Contribution: Determined daily by moderators based on qualitative assessment. Minimum 500 characters, not off-topic, not in Off-Topic, not spam. Must follow the submission process in the “Award Pool Entry” forum. Moderator decisions are final.
  • Referral Program and Monthly Contest: Referrals tracked and verified by moderators. Quality post is defined per Quality Contribution criteria. Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, bots, spam accounts) result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all bounties. Leaderboard rankings and winners are determined at the moderators' discretion.
  • Climb the Ladder: Rank-based bounties calculated on post count at rank achievement. Must self-claim in “Ranks Announcements”. Bounties may be denied, credits slashed (including negative balances), and warning points applied (deduction of credits) if content is assessed as low-quality, artificially inflated, or intended to game the system.
  • Jump the Queue: Moderator appointments at the sole discretion of Site Administrators. 10 Exceptional Contribution awards are a prerequisite to apply, not a guarantee of selection.
  • Install ANNODE: One-off bounty paid after 30 days of verified node operation. Node must remain active and synced with the ANNE network. We reserve the right to deny payment for inactivity or non-compliance.
  • First ADF Swap: 100onus capped at 5,000,000 ANNE Credits. Must provide valid ANNE txid and ALT txid via PM. Invalid or unverifiable transaction IDs result in rejection.

Prohibited Activities
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or game the Program will result in immediate and permanent disqualification, forfeiture of all earned and pending bounties, account suspension or banning, and slashing of ANNE Credits. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools.
  • Posting spam, duplicate content, gibberish, or off-topic content to inflate metrics.
  • Creating multiple accounts (sock puppetry) for self-referral or artificial activity.
  • Coordinating with others to artificially inflate rankings or metrics.
  • Imposing an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or moderation resources.
  • Providing false, misleading, or stolen information for NID, Public Key, or transaction IDs.
  • Attempting to subject this Program or any dispute to any external legal system.
Email Verification
Email addresses provided during registration are not verified. No confirmation email is required to activate your account; however, because email addresses are not verified, it is possible to register using an email address that belongs to another person. If we receive a verified complaint from the legitimate owner of an email address claiming that an account was registered without their authorization, or if we suspect that an email address is being used in a manner that suggests bad faith (eg. appropriation of annetalk.org or anne.media, or .gov accounts) we reserve the right to investigate and, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently ban the offending account. If you choose not to use your real email address, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the email address you use is sufficiently unique and does not infringe on any third party's rights. We strongly recommend using an email address that you own or control to avoid potential disputes and loss of account access.

Waiver and Indemnification
By participating, you voluntarily waive any and all rights, claims, or protections that you may have under any national, federal, state, or local laws of any territory or jurisdiction. You agree that no external court, tribunal, or governmental body has any jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANNE Media, its affiliates, moderators, volunteers, and administrators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation, your violation of these Terms, or any misrepresentation by you.

Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your participation in the Program are governed by the internal rules and customs of the sovereign ANNE Media ecosystem, as interpreted by ANNE Media at its sole discretion. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved exclusively under the sovereign jurisdiction of ANNE Media, whose decision shall be final and binding. You irrevocably waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action (including in tort) that you may have against ANNE Media, its affiliates, moderators, volunteers, and administrators, whether arising under statute, common law, or otherwise. You further irrevocably waive any right to seek recourse, review, or appeal in any external court, tribunal, or governmental body. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES HEARD IN ANY JUDICIAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, OR GOVERNMENTAL FORUM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRIAL BY JURY OR PARTICIPATION IN A CLASS ACTION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH FORUM OPERATES WITH OR WITHOUT A JURY SYSTEM.

Disclaimer of Warranties
ANNE Forum, THE PROGRAM, ANNE CREDITS, AND ANY REDEMPTION TO ANNECOINS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FORUM OR PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HACKING ATTEMPTS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR SECURITY BREACHES.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, ANNE MEDIA AND ITS MODERATORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND ADMINISTRATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE FORUM, PROGRAM, ANNE CREDITS, OR ANY ANNECOINS OBTAINED THEREFROM. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO CEASE PARTICIPATION.
