ANNE Forum

This board is for discussing how ANNE should evolve. Not everything in the ecosystem is subject to change. The core layers are locked:

- 1Schema is fixed. The triplet structure, the neuron/relon model, the semantic and awareness dimensions, the early concepts. This is the language the network speaks and will not change.
- Proof of Space Time consensus is fixed. The handicap rule, grace period, and the fundamental mining mechanics are set.
- The emission schedule is fixed. The three phases (primary, sunset, fee-only) and the reward decay curve are locked at the protocol level.

What can evolve is everything built on top of this foundation. The networking protocols, the Alt Data Network, ANTOR, the application layer, community processes, governance mechanisms, and how we coordinate. This is where those conversations happen.
